Claudie Mabry joined Groundswell as Project Manager of Community Partnerships in 2015. In this position, she manages an annual portfolio of mural projects in all five NYC boroughs, in addition to overseeing community partner goals and outcomes for Groundswell’s programs. Prior to Groundswell, she was a consultant for the Naturally Occurring Cultural Districts New York (NOCD-NY) working on establishing beneficial creative partnerships between artists, cultural organizations, the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) and public housing residents. She’s also worked directly for NYCHA as a consultant on NextGeneration NYCHA, a long-term strategic plan to improve public housings assets for the next generation of New Yorkers. She holds an M.S. in Urban Policy from Milano The New School for International Affairs, Management and Urban Policy, and a B.A. in Urban Studies from Eugene Lang College the New School for Liberal Arts.
